This course is designed to keep yourself physically, mentally and spiritually healthy during the 3 months.

You will be able to know the Ashtanga yoga of Maharishi Patanjali along with the hatha yoga given to human beings by the offerings of Indian mystics and sages.

By understanding the difference between Yoga Asanas and exercises, this course will be presented in a very simple form to keep you physically, mentally and spiritually healthy through yoga.

In this course of 75 hours, Shatha Karma, Asana and Pranayama will be practiced under Hatha Yoga. At the same time, by explaining the Yama-Niyam of Ashtanga Yoga, you will be made aware of the unique method of improving social and personal life.
